Caller ID will show no name only the phone number unless you have Privacy Director with your phone company plan. In that case it will show the phone number 601-982-4083 and the words "Privacy Director" I know the company is a collection company called NCO Financial because I received bills from them.

This Collection Agency uses unscrupulous practices to try to get you to pay your bills, buy whatever they are selling, etc. Even after telling the man that I was disabled, going through a bankruptcy, and would not be paying the bill, he tried to bully me into paying. He cursed at me several times the last time we spoke so I lowered myself to his level and did the same then promptly hung up on him. He called me back an hour later, but I did not respond. He had a very thick Indian or Arabic accent that I could hardly understand and the funny thing about that is... He said his name was Steve Martin.
