If anyone calls you from this number it is a scam they're having people send them money thinking that they are putting up money for a loan when they're really just scamming people all over.
As of May 13th, 2008 my caller ID says "New York Call" and is associated with a calling card that was given to my wife by her friend. My wife called me here in the United States from Moscow, Russia with the card.
