When they call and you ask who it is and their business, one will answer with Julio Elaine yet state their business is a private matter. They first ask for a name of a person within the household including their maiden name or an unknown name. If it is the name of a person in the household and you say they are unavailable. They give you a toll free number (1866-399-6841) and ask that you refer to a file. (i.e. CPS123, etc.) After this first call, the following becomes silent calls that hang up as soon as you answer.
They are after your money- please report to whoever got this call not to give them any info. Nothing!! they are after your banking info especially cc.
