I get periodic calls from this number every few months, with the latest promotional pitch to upgrade my service. Usually it's not a hassle. Other folks claim a much higher call rate, possibly because they NEVER answer, which is their right.
If it becomes an annoyance, you can call the number yourself and (I'm told) go through a telephone menu to get to #3, remove your number from their list. After the unavoidable 30-day delay, they should stop calling you for promotions. They will still call you about overdue bills and the like.
