They CLAIM to be BB & T. It IS a Scam.
I just got off the phone with the REAL BB&T who have no record of this number. I called my bank directly instead of calling this 888 number....this one IS A SCAM. The BB&T bank has a record of it now and is also reporting it and told me to call the police and report it to them because they now have a 'phishing scam' department in most states.
SOME OF THE comments here seem to be placed by the scammer's. NEVER CALL THESE NUMBERS BACK 1st. Call your bank directly.
